Request approval of a Resolution to approve a Facilities Use Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia, and the Atlanta Independent School System for Election Polling Locations; to authorize the Chairman to execute the Facilities Use Agreement and related documents; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the Facilities Use Agreement and related documents as to form and to make modifications as necessary prior to execution. Effective upon approval through December 31, 2025, with four, one-year renewal options. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)
