Request approval to renew an existing contract - Superior Court Administration, 23RFP1208B-RT, Electronic Pretrial Monitoring Services and to increase the spending authority in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00 with A 2nd Chance Monitoring (Marietta, GA), to provide electronic pretrial monitoring services for the County’s Electronic Monitoring Program by coordinating and providing electronic monitoring services for those participants the County has determined to be eligible for pretrial electronic monitoring awaiting trial by and under the jurisdiction of the County.
