(Atlanta, GA), to provide design/build services for the construction and renovation of 4700 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30022. Effective upon issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) to substantial completion in 270 calendar days and final completion in 300 calendar days or as agreed between the County and the Design/Builder.
