Request approval to renew an existing contract - Department of Senior Services 23RFP137278A-CJC, Comprehensive Nutrition Care in an amount not to exceed $2,754,104.58 with Open Hand Atlanta (Atlanta, GA) to provide congregate and home delivered meals, meal delivery, nutrition education and nutrition counseling for Fulton County residents aged 60 and above.
