Request approval of a contract between Fulton County and Destination Tomorrow, Inc. in the amount of $100,000.00 to support the Wellness Journey Program, a comprehensive HIV testing program aimed at increasing awareness, reducing stigma, improving access to testing services within the community and addressing all the barriers which impede a healthy productive lifestyle for individuals; and to authorize the Chairman to disburse funds and execute and administer contracts, and other related documents consistent with any necessary agreement in support of this funding allotment.
