Request approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) between Fulton County Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting through its Department of Senior Services, and the Fulton County Board of Health (“Board of Health”), a not for profit governmental entity organized and existing in Fulton County pursuant to state law, for the reimbursement of tuberculosis testing costs at a rate of $30.00 per test, which rate may be updated from time to time by official action to modify the Fee Schedules of the Board of Health by the Director of the Board of Health. Effective upon execution through December 31, 2028. (APPROVED)
