Request approval of a Resolution to amend Resolution #23-0574 to approve a Right of Access Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia, and the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (“MARTA”) to authorize the installation of ADA-compliant warning surface tactiles adjacent to County-owned property; to authorize the Chairman to execute the Right of Access License Agreement and related documents; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the Right of Access License Agreement and related documents as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.
