Request approval of a Resolution approving a Lease Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia (Lessor) and Times Journal, Inc., a Georgia corporation (Lessee), for the purpose of leasing 743 square feet of office space in the basement of the Fulton County Courthouse at 136 Pryor Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia; authorizing the Chairman to execute the Lease Agreement and related documents; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the lease agreement and related documents as to form and to make modifications thereof to protect the County’s interest prior to execution by the Chairman; and for other purposes.
