Request approval to increase the spending authority for an existing contract between Fulton County and the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia on behalf of Cooperative Extension in the amount of $640.00 and to approve the execution of a revised contract, as may be amended as to form by the County Attorney, to provide increases in compensation to UGA staff resulting from the changes to the UGA Teachers Retirement System benefits. The original contract was approved by the BOC on 11/15/2023 (item # 23-0816) in the amount of $203,450.00 and the revised contract will be in the amount $204,090.00.
