Request approval of recommended proposals - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 23RFP04262023K-BKJ, Design-Build Services for the Renovation and Refurbishment of Fulton County Government Facilities in an amount not to exceed $28,035,619.00 with Winter Johnson Group (Atlanta, GA) (a joint venture comprised of The Winter Construction Company, LLC and Johnson Construction Services, LLC) to provide Design-Build Services for the renovation of selected areas in the Fulton County Government Center Complex and the Central Library.
