Request approval of a Resolution by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners urging the Georgia General Assembly to support legislation sponsored by the State Senator Donzella James to amend the Official Code of Georgia to lift the ban relating to restrictions on rent regulations by local governments and allow Counties and Municipalities the ability to regulate the rent to be charged for privately owned single-family or multiple-unit residential properties for those residing within the state of Georgia; and for other purposes.
