Request approval of an Indemnification, Maintenance, and Land Use Agreement for Private Improvement (Indemnification Agreement) between Fulton County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, and EV Townhome Land, LLC for the purpose of granting conditional approval to allow storm water piping and related facilities, a private water service line and related facilities, sidewalk, benches and public art within a portion of the County’s existing sanitary sewer and water line easements at 2614 and 2618 Holcomb Bridge Road, Roswell, Georgia 30022.
