Board authorization and approval to increase the Georgia Emergency Management Agency and Department of Homeland Security (GEMA/DHS) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMPG) application to the amount of $132,844.95 with a required 25% match of $44,281.65 for a total project cost of $177,126.60 for the purchase and installation of two (2) fixed generators located at Fire Station 10 and 14. Staff requests this Item be considered on a "Time Sensitive" basis – Grants Manager, Department of Finance
4. Board consideration and approval to enter into a no cost boat slip lease agreement with Traina Enterprises Inc. (d/b/a Port Royale Marina) for the new Fire Boat for the Fire Department - Fire Chief, Fire Department
