Approval of an agreement with Innovative Fitness in the amount of $70,160.80 to be partially funded by the Cobb Douglas Public Health CHIP Grant ($15,000) and the remaining balance to be funded by the Parks and Recreation budget ($55,160.80) for the purchase and installation of fitness equipment for the Deer Lick Wellness Within project and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
2. Approval of a change order with Caliber 1 Construction in the amount of $10,000 to be funded by SPLOST 2022 fund for drainage mediation between New Fairburn Senior Center and the existing building and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
3. Approval of a Resolution to terminate the Lease and Property Management Agreement between Old Courthouse, Inc and Douglas County, Georgia and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
