2. Approval of a professional services contract with Greystone Power, in the amount of $20,024.43, in connection with PI 0020661, SR 166 at Chapel Hill Roundabout project to be funded by SPLOST 2022 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
3. Approval of additional funding in the amount of $1,500,000 to complete the reconstruction of the fire-damaged DOT Storage facility due to an evolved scope because of conditions discovered during demolition and structural evaluation, amending the contract with RaLin through 5/30/2027, to be funded by SPLOST 2022 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
4. Approval to ratify the revised annual agreement with Envato Enterprises for Communications resources to align with the County’s Master Service Agreement and fiscal year standards in the amount of $5,940 to be funded by the Communications Department’s budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
5. Approval of a Time & Material agreement with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $14,000 to be funded by General Fund/General Appropiations to update SB 566 Notice Of Assessment changes into the CAMA System and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
6. Approval of a five (5) year equipment lease agreement with Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services, LLC, for countywide mail operations in an amount not to exceed $15,614.16 annually to be funded by the Graphic Operations budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
7. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Georgia Department of Transportation, in connection with SR 5 at Mason Creek Road & Alexander Pkwy project, in the amount of $10,000 for oversight fees, to be funded by SPLOST 2016, and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
8. Approval of a Consultant Services Agreement with WSP (WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc.) in connection with the Chapel Hill Widening Project, in the amount of $301,727.75, pursuant to RFP 25-009, to be funded by SPLOST 2016, and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
9. Approval for Douglas County Sheriff's Office to renew an agreement with Doron Precision Systems, Inc. for the period 8/1/2026 through 7/31/2027 for maintenance calls including parts, labor, and travel costs associated with the Driving Simulation System in the amount of $11,712.00 to be funded by the Sheriff's Office budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
10. Approval for the Douglas County Sheriff's Office to purchase a (new) replacement forensic laser system from Arrowhead Forensics in the amount of $33,028.64 to be funded by the Federal Assets Forfeiture Funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
11. Approval of a change order with WSP (WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc.), in connection with PI 0004428, Lee Road Widening, Phase II, in the amount of $3,838.78, to be funded by SPLOST 2016 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
12. Approval of Task Order 2026-6 Atlantic Coast Consulting for general service consulting in an amount not to exceed $10,000 to be funded by the department's budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
