Approval to accept a Project Framework Agreement with Georgia Department of Transportation, in connection with PI 0019889, South Douglas Loop Phase I/Lee Road Extension Project, in the amount of $6,530,000.00 with required local match to be funded by SPLOST 2016 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
4. Approval for Douglas County Fire/EMS Department to enter into a Clinical Agreement with Paulding County Fire Rescue to provide clinical education to trainees, with no impact to the Fire Department budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
5. Approval of a new grant-funded contract to Darlene Sheardon for the contract case manager position (Re-Entry Program), in the amount of $23,868.00 for the period of August 11, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with automatic renewal on January 1, 2027 to August 10, 2027 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending legal review.
6. Approval of a contract with Fire Systems Bid 26-019 for a combined contract for fire suppression at the DOT Storage Building totaling $94,000, which includes a 15% contingency to be funded by SPLOST 2022 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
7. Approval of a contract for fuel pump installations at the DOT Maintenance Complex with United Pump and Controls, Inc. in the amount of $33,745.93 (quote in the amount of $30,678.12 + 10% contingency amount of $3,067.81) to be funded by 2022 SPLOST funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
8. Approval of an annual contract with an option for automatic renewal with Nearmap for aerial imagery for the Douglas County GIS database in the amount of $49,950.00 to be funded by the Planning and Zoning Department's budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
9. Approval to extend Tara Nichols' current October 1st 2025 - September 30, 2026 contract to end date of December 31, 2026 in the amount of $18,750.00 to be funded by the Fire Department budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
10. Approval of a contract between the Superior Accountability Courts and Talitrix for GPS tracking services for the period of August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with an automatic renewal for January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 to be funded through the department's existing budget and grant funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
11. Approval of an MOU between the Superior Accountability Courts and V. Lynn Tankersley, Ph. D for the purpose of program evaluator for the period of August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with an automatic renewal for January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 to be funded through the department's existing budget and grant funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
12. Approval of an MOU between the Superior Accountability Courts and Alternative Environment to provide basic landscape management for the program's transitional housing for the period of August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with an automatic renewal for January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 to be funded through the department's existing budget and grant funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
13. Approval of an MOU between the Superior Accountability Courts and Reconnect for the use of data software for the purposes of calling in drug testing support for the period of August 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with an automatic renewal for January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 to be funded through the department's existing budget and grant funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
