1. Approval of an agreement with Southern Optimized Security Systems, LLC for fire alarm system monitoring services at the DOT Maintenance Facility in the yearly amount of $480 to be funded by the Department of Transportation budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
2. Approval of a renewal Clinical Agreement with the City of Smyrna Fire Department to provide instruction and practice to trainees as a part of the Emergency Medical Training program with no impact to the Fire Department budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
3. Approval of a Mutual Aid Agreement with Paulding County Fire Rescue to provide firefighting equipment and/or manpower on request and as available for fire suppression, prevention, and investigations for fire or other emergency situations with no impact to the Fire Department budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
4. Motion to proceed as discussed in Executive Session accepting the resignation of Terminus Contract and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
5. Approval of a contract with Fire Systems Bid 26-019 for a contract for fire suppression at the DC Sheriff's Facility totaling $331,000, which includes a 15% contingency to be funded by SPLOST 2022 and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
6. Approval of a contract modification with Place Services Inc. for the E911 Backup Facility Project, extending the contract through 8/31/26, with an increase of $21,014.00, to be funded by SPLOST 2022's Public Safety funds and authorizing the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
7. Approval of a no-cost contract amendment with BuildSmart Enterprise, LLC, to update the contract to reflect the vendor’s name to BuildSmart/Gray Contracting JV, LLC, for the Fire Department Training Building and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
8. Motion to proceed as discussed in Executive Session appointing Tiffany Stewart-Stanley as interim County Administrator as of September 9, 2026 and approve an amendment to her contract to reflect additional duties until a permanent County Administrator is appointed and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
9. Approval of a contract credit amendment with Comcast for purchased Security and Access System equipment and services for the Selman Library in the amount of $19,980.03 funded by SPLOST 2022 funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
10. Approval of an annual contract with Front Line Mobile Health under Solicitation# 26-003 to provide 28 Hazmat team specific physicals and 220 NFPA 1582 compliant medical physicals for fire personnel in the amount of $166,500.00 to be funded by the Fire Department budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
11. Approval to purchase hazmat equipment from All Safe Industries, Inc. in the amount of $89,467.59 to be funded by the Fire Department Budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
12. Approval of the renewal of the Annual JCATS Juvenile Case Management System in the amount of $45,000 to support juvenile case processing, reporting, and data management for the Juvenile Court to be funded by department's budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
