1. Approval of the renewal of the Just Appraised agreement in the amount of $43,751 to support efficient deeds processing and property data management for the Appraisal Department to be funded by department's budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
2. Approval for DCSO to enter into a one‑year agreement, with automatic annual renewals for a total term of five (5) years (Dec. 1, 2026 – Nov. 30, 2031), with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for tasers, at a cost of $80,860 for the first year and $149,078.28 per year for each subsequent year, and to authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending legal review.
3. Approval of agreement with Carrollton Office Equipment to supply and install four workstation Office Cubicles at an estimated cost of $12,200 be funded by the Appraisal Department budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
4. Approval for Douglas County Sheriff's Office to renew an agreement with Doron Precision Systems, Inc. for the period 01/01/2027 through 12/31/2027 for maintenance calls including parts, labor, and travel costs associated with the Driving Simulation System in the amount of $11,712.00 to be funded by the Sheriff's Office budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
5. Approval for Douglas County Sheriff's Office to renew an agreement with Doron Precision Systems, Inc. for the period 8/1/2026 through 12/31/2026 for maintenance calls including parts, labor, and travel costs associated with the Driving Simulation System in the amount of $4,480.00 to be funded by the Sheriff's Office budget and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
6. Approval to renew the contract with Mobile Communications America for Outdoor Siren Maintenance for $14,862.00 to be funded by the EMA budget, and authorize the Chairman to sign all related document pending final legal review.
7. Approval to award a construction contract to Albion General Contractors, in the amount of $253,402.50 (includes a 15% contingency), pursuant to RFP 26-020, in connection with the State Courtroom Renovation Project, to be funded by SPLOST 2022 funds and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
8. First Public Hearing on an amendment to the Douglas County Code of Ordinances to add Article XXIII, Development Impact Fees.
9. Consideration of a one year lease with the DC Museum, Inc and authorize the Chairman to sign all related documents pending final legal review.
