This contract consists of the provision of services and products pertaining to the reconstruction, rehabilitation or cleaning of pipelines, tubes, conduits or culverts by means of Trenchless technology. This request seeks to purchase from the competitively let HGACBuy agreement to assist in completing assessments of small and large diameter sanitary sewer lines, sewer cleaning, and supporting services under the Consent Decree. These services mainly include: CCTV and Sonar/TISCIT inspections; sewer cleaning; manhole rehabilitation; point repairs; cured in place pipe lining (CIPP); and as needed services such as sewer flow control, site restoration and erosion control, paving restoration, traffic control, or cleaning and CCTV. In a form acceptable to the County Attorney, the County intends to execute an agreement with Vortex Services, LLC. Awarded to Vortex Services, LLC (fka VacVision Environmental, LLC).
