2. To authorize the Procurement Director to purchase technology greater than $100,000.00, under provisions of a Georgia Department of Administrative Services contract with Prosys Information Systems, for the Cisco Security Enterprise Agreement (EA) renewal.
3. To approve a lease agreement between Northchase Partners, LLC, as Landlord, and Cobb County, as Tenant, for office space located at 1165 Northchase Parkway, Suite 300, Marietta, Georgia 30067, through the brokerage firm of McWhirter Realty Partners.
