1. To approve contract renewal No. 2 with American Traffic Solutions, Inc. d\b\a Verra Mobility, the Cobb County Board of Education (BOE) and the Clerk of the Cobb County State Court for the school bus stop arm program.
2. To authorize the purchase of replacement playground components and tennis court resurfacing/reconstruction/lighting in county parks from collected cell tower ground lease revenues.
3. To approve an Amendment with Bank of America for the County’s banking services in order to complete negotiation of a new master depository banking services agreement using the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
