- To approve Cobb County Police Department to purchase three law enforcement patrol vehicles utilizing federal, state, or cooperative pricing agreements.
- To approve an Assignment, Assumption and Fifth Amendment of Lease with Aviation Development Group, LLC to transfer the rights and obligations of said lease to Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, LLC at Cobb County International Airport - McCollum Field.
- To authorize an amendment to the Program Year 2021 Annual Action Plan to accept and allocate addtional American Rescue Plan funding through the HOME Investment Partnerships program from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
- To authorize the acceptance and appropriation of the Juvenile Justice Incentive grant award to support the Juvenile Court and to authorize the continuation of a full-time Program Coordinator.
