- To approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement and the expenditure of any associated land acquisition costs for the purchase of 12.47 +/- acres of unimproved land for a future E-911 Emergency Communications Center, located at 5245 Macland Road, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127 from A Shore Thing Two, LLC.
- To approve a Purchase Agreement with CBA Sports, an authorized dealer of Conor Sport Court International, for furnishing and installing a Conor Stage Flooring System at Jennie T. Anderson Theatre, a Capital Improvement Project.
- To approve Amendment No. 4 to the Cobb Framework Agreement with Cumberland Community Improvement District for Bob Callan Trunk Trail, Phase 2, Segment B, State P.I. No. 0012808, Cobb County Project No. TR475.
- To approve a Youth Program grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia for CobbWorks, Inc., to provide funding for education, training, and employment services for the Youth Program.
