- To approve a contract with Trane Technologies Company, LLC. to purchase seven replacement HVAC rooftop units and associated materials at Powder Springs Station, 1150 Powder Springs Street, a 2022 SPLOST Project, Programs B0915 and B09106.
- To approve a contract with Trane Technologies Company, LLC. for the purchase of five replacement HVAC rooftop units and associated materials for the East Cobb Government Service Center, a capital improvement project.
- To approve an Intergovernmental Agreement for Maintenance with the Georgia Department of Transportation, and approve Amendment No. 1 to the Cobb Framework Agreement with the Town Center Community Improvement District, for bridge fencing on South Barrett Reliever, Phase 3, State P.I. No. 0013239, Cobb County Project No. X2407.
- To approve Equipment Lease Agreement Number 20251014-00.23 with Novatech, Inc. for lease/rental of twenty-three (23) multifunctional digital copiers pursuant to an existing Master Lease Agreement.
