1. To approve the renewal of the Firefighters' Cancer Benefit Program as required by the State of Georgia.
2. To approve the renewal of a contract for Dr. Marvin Eric Nix as the continuing Medical Director for Cobb County Fire and Emergency Services.
3. To approve a three-year License Agreement with 6-4-3 DP Athletics, LLC, to include two one-year renewal options, for use of the CobbLinc Marietta Transfer Center Park and Ride Lot.
4. To authorize the purchase of roofing material for the Powder Springs Station, a 2022 SPLOST project, Facilities Improvement Program B091, under the provision of an OMNIA Partners Contract, MICPA # PQ1925.
5. To approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement and the expenditure of any associated seller closing costs for the sale of a 0.57 +/- acre vacant lot located at 7248 Factory Shoals Road, <s>Mableton</s> <u><strong>Austell</strong></u>, Georgia 30168.
6. To withdraw the request to authorize the purchase of the Emergency Responder Radio System (ERRCS), for New Fire Station 12, located at 853 Chastain Corner, Marietta, a 2022 SPLOST Program B1040, under the provision of an NASPO Partners Contract, Master Agreement # 06913.
7. To authorize the acceptance of a State Apprenticeship Expansion Formula (SAEF) grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG).
8. To approve the Thirteenth Amendment to the Cobb County Government Employees' Pension Plan.
9. To approve Amendment #5 to the Health Risk Management Agreement with Healthstat, Inc. for the administration and operation of the Employee Wellness Clinic through March 31, 2026.
10. To approve Work Authorization III – an amendment to the Program Management Agreement with Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC for the 2022 Cobb PARKS SPLOST Program, and the continuation of the 2011 and 2016 Cobb PARKS SPLOST Program.
