- To approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement and the expenditure of any associated seller closing costs for the sale of a .901+/- acre vacant lot located at 1660 Mars Hill Road, Acworth, Georgia 30101.
- To approve the purchase of a grant management software solution to be procured from Euna powered by Amplifund, under provisions of an OMNIA Partners contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation (Carahsoft).
- To authorize the acceptance of a Dislocated Worker Program grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to CobbWorks, to provide education and training resources and services to eligible Dislocated Worker individuals.
- To authorize the acceptance of a Youth Program grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia(TCSG) to CobbWorks, to provide education and training resources and services to eligible Youth individuals.
- To authorize the acceptance of a Dislocated Worker Program grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to CobbWorks, Inc. that supports rapid reemployment and layoff aversion efforts for eligible dislocated workers and affected employers through timely access to education, training, and workforce services.
