2. To approve Amendment 1 to Annual Maintenance Fees Agreement (Fee Schedule) with Hyland Software, Inc. (Hyland) to change the authorized reseller for OnBase system maintenance and related support to Databank IMX LLC (Databank).
3. To approve a Restatement of, Amendment to, and Extension to Contract Terms and Conditions with Securitas Technology Corporation (Securitas) for the maintenance of the Cobb County Judicial Complex Security Electronics System.
4. To approve a First Amendment to the current Master Task Order Contracts with 10 firms for the provision of professional services in the areas of: Category A – Transportation Planning & Environmental Services; Category B – Highway Design - Roadway, Bridge, Surveying & Geotechnical; and Category C – Traffic Engineering.
