To approve a work order under the FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with W.E. Contracting Co., Inc. for 1436 Lucky Lane, Program No. SW2376.
To approve a work order under the FY25-FY26 Comprehensive Water and Sewer Unit Price Contract with K.M. Davis Contracting Co., Inc for Timberlake Road at Douglas Lane Sewer Service Replacement, Program No. S1160.
To approve Project No. TR546-TO#1 to the 2025 Master Task Order Contract with Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC for preliminary engineering design of Frey Road Operational and Safety Improvements, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002536, and approve a Cobb Framework Agreement with Kennesaw State University for said project.
To ratify previous action by the County Manager authorizing emergency repairs to a 12-inch ductile iron water main, and to approve a work order with Wade Coots Company, Inc., for Cobb Parkway Water Main Repair at Lake Park Drive, Program No. W2435.
To approve Amendment No. 1 to the Cobb Framework Agreement with the Town Center Community Improvement District for Noonday Creek Trail at SR 3 and Noonday Creek - Pedestrian Bridge, State P.I. No. 0017989, Cobb County Project Nos. TR525/B2461.
To approve an amendment to the two-part design/build agreement with The MAPP Group, LLC., to establish Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction of improvements at Fair Oaks Park and Booth Road property, under State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLRF) as a component of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
To approve an amendment to the existing Lease Agreement <s>with</s> between Cobb County and Cobb County Board of Health to add 1738 County Services Parkway, Marietta, Georgia 30008 to the Lease Agreement and to establish the terms and conditions for the construction and maintenance of the storage <s>structure</s> building.

To authorize the the acceptance of the grant award from the FIFA World Cup Grant Program (FWCGP), clarify subrecipient obligations, and coordinate next steps to ensure timely and compliant program implementation.
