- To approve a change order with Carbyne for the Admin Assist to assist with the Department of Emergency Communications call-handing solution.
- To approve a Reinstatement and Change Order No. 1 to the construction contract with M. B. Kahn Construction Co., Inc. for R. L. Sutton Water Reclamation Facility Lime Systems Upgrade, Program No. T2024.
- To approve a work order under the FY25–FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with HD Excavations & Utilities LLC for 2343 Carrington Way, Program SW2394.
- To approve a work order under the FY25–FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with HD Excavations & Utilities LLC for 4256 Shipyard Trace, Program SW2393.
- To approve the 2026 First Amendment Contract 082604.1 with Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) for funding from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
- To approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated September 16, 2024, with ePermitHub for an electronic plan review solution under provisions of an OMNIA Partners contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation (Carahsoft).
