- To approve a Purchase Instrument and Statement of Work with Computacenter, Inc., for the Cisco Cloud Voice Migration project under provisions of a State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) contract. This is a 2022 SPLOST project, Support Services Information Services Program B0020.
- To approve a restatement and 2026 extension to the Kemp Family Caretaker Agreement with Michael and Melody Gold.
- To approve a Memorandum of Agreement with Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority for South Gordon Road at Pisgah Road, Project No. B2310.
- To approve a donation agreement between Cobb County and Pulte Home Company, Inc. to accept approximately 0.5 acres of property at 4394 West Atlanta Road SE.
- To approve the Ignitable Liquid Detection K-9 Agreement with TAC7 K9's LLC. for the purchase of "Cinder," an Ignitable Liquid Detection K-9, along with associated training equipment, handler training, and certification.
- To approve an Intergovernmental Real Property Exchange Agreement between Cobb County and Cobb County Board of Education to allow for a proposed rebuild of Fire Station 23 adjacent to Compton Elementary School and authorize the advertising of the exchange and subsequent closing.
- <span style="margin-left:0in;">To approve a Mutual Aid and Assistance Agreement between the Cobb County Police Department and the City of Austell Police Department to furnish mutual aid and assistance in the performance of law enforcement functions and public safety services when requested by either party, and as allowed by law.
- <span style="margin-left:0in;">To approve an annexation notice of Non-Objection per HB 489 Intergovernmental Agreement and HB 2 regarding a petition for the annexation of a tract of land that totals 0.78 acres located at the southwest corner of Oak Street and North Avenue.
- To authorize the sole-source purchase of Knox eLock Systems and retrofit hardware from The Knox Company.
- To approve a sole source Subscription Services Order Form with Accela, Inc. (Accela) for sixty-five (65) additional User Licenses and Reporting. This Order Form is partially funded by 2016 SPLOST, Support Services Technology Improvements Program X0020.
- To adopt a resolution authorizing the submission of grant applications to the Atlanta Regional Commission, Congressional Delegation Members, the State of Georgia, and/or the U.S. Department of Transportation for various phases of priority projects.
- To adopt a resolution authorizing the submission of a Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant Program application for FY27 to the Georgia Department of Transportation for the resurfacing of County-maintained roads, Project No. B2935.
- To approve an update to the Department of Transportation Prequalified List of Engineering and Associated Specialty Firms available for the procurement of professional services for the 2025-2028 prequalification period.
- To authorize the acceptance and appropriation of grant funds from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) for the FY2027 Children in Need of Services (CHINS) Grants Program.
- To announce the reappointment of Jill Flamm to the Recreation Board.
- To announce the reappointment of Susan Hampton to the Neighborhood Safety Commission.

- To recognize seven extraordinary women who embody the very best of victim advocacy under the Cobb County Solicitor General's Office.
- To recognize Procurement Services for receiving the 2026 Achievement of Excellence in Procurement Award for the third consecutive year.
- To authorize the acceptance of sponsorships from two businesses for the 2026 Cobb Fall Festival and 2026 Cobb Goes Pink.
- To present a proclamation designating October 23, 2026, as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Cape Day in Cobb County.
- To authorize submission of names for consideration to the Kennestone Hospital Authority to fill Posts 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9.
- To authorize the allocation of remaining FY2026 District 1 Capital to Cobb County PARKS to supplement a capital project at Schmidt Family Park.
- To adopt a resolution consenting to deannexation per O.C.G.A. 36-36-131 regarding a petition for a parcel that is 1.10 acres located at 1409 Walcutts Way, from the City of Marietta.
- To authorize the acceptance and expenditure of Fiscal Year 2027 program income from the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Partnerships Investment Act, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and to establish the necessary funding lines.
- To authorize the increase of fund balances and/or retained earnings in FY2027 budgets by amounts equal to prior-year expenditures that rolled forward into FY2027 but have not yet been processed for payment. This is an administrative task necessary to ensure FY2027 budgets are increased by an amount equal to existing encumbrances from FY2026.
