1. To approve Change Control Notice #4 (CCN04) with Woolpert, Inc. (Woolpert) for a thirteen (13) month contract extension and system support for the Cityworks Asset Management and Work Order Management System.
2. To approve a work order under FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with Chatfield Contracting Inc. for 6415 Ivey Terrace Drive, Program No. SW2390.
3. To authorize the purchase of replacement maintenance equipment for the upkeep of County parks from collected cell tower ground lease revenues.
4. To approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement and the expenditure of any associated land acquisition costs, for the purchase of a 12,000 +/- square foot retail/office building on approximately 1.03 +/- acres of land, located at 2800 Powder Springs Road SW, Marietta, Georgia, 30064, from Droege Investments, LLC., for current health initiatives and a future fire department comprehensive wellness facility.
5. To approve Amendment No. 2 to the Cobb Framework Agreement with the Cumberland Community Improvement District for Cumberland Sweep, Segment C, State P.I. No. 0017806, Cobb County Project No. TR519.
6. To approve the amendment to Program Years 2023, 2024, and 2025 Annual Action Plans for the reallocation of unexpended Community Development Block Grant program income and Home Investment Partnerships program funds.
7. To approve a new Ground Lease Agreement for wireless Sites with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, under new terms, for an existing wireless site located at 5584 Timber Ridge Road.
8. To accept allocations based upon the final grant award for Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act, and Emergency Solutions Grant programs.
9. To authorize the acceptance of the Dislocated Worker as an Adult Program Grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to CobbWorks, Inc.
10. To adopt a resolution designating electronic signature authority to the Cobb County Department of Transportation Transit Planning Division Manager for the Federal Transit Administration Transit Award Management System process.
