1. To approve Change Orders (final) to construction contracts for various completed projects in the 2016 SPLOST Transportation Improvements Program Fund, 2022 SPLOST PARKS Program Fund, and Water System Fund.
2. To approve a work order under the FY25-FY26 Unit Price Contract for Comprehensive Water and Sewer with K. M. Davis Contracting Co., Inc. for Big Shanty Elementary Sewer Replacement, Program No. S1159.
3. To authorize the purchase of roofing materials from Garland/DBS, Inc. for the Department of Public Safety Supply Warehouse roof replacement, under the provision of an OMNIA Partners Contract, MICPA # PW1925.
4. To approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement and the expenditure of any associated seller closing costs for the sale of a 0.693 +/- acre vacant lot located at 1820 Atlanta Road, Smyrna, Georgia 30080.
5. To approve a sole source contract amendment with OpenGov, Inc. (OpenGov), the Third Amendment to OpenGov Master Services Agreement (MSA), for Statement of Work for Professional Service for PCI Pavement Data Load (SOW) to load pavement data into the OpenGov Enterprise Asset Management system on, OpenGov PCI Pavement Data Load Project No. B2586.
6. To authorize the acceptance and appropriation of a Criminal Justice Coordinating Council grant award to support the Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program.
7. To authorize the acceptance and appropriation of a Criminal Justice Coordinating Council grant award to support the Cobb County Family Treatment Court.
