1. To approve an agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the replacement and installation of five FAA-compliant tower lighting systems.
2. To approve the First Amended Professional Services Agreement with Front Line Mobile Health, PLLC, to extend the term of firefighter medical examinations.
3. To approve an Assignment Agreement with STV Incorporated for various contracts with American Engineers, Inc., and approve First Amendments to the assigned contracts for engineering and design services.
4. To approve a two-year agreement between the Cobb County Government and CobbWorks, Inc., to provide access to employment, education, and professional development services at the Gritters Library.
5. To approve a restated and amended Fourth Facility Use Agreement with Front Line Mobile Health (FLMH) and authorize the use of a portion of Fire Station 30 for conducting the Medical Exams pursuant to the County's<br>Professional Services Agreement with FLMH.
6. To approve an Assignment Agreement with Parsons Transportation Group, Inc., for various contracts with BCC Engineering, LLC d/b/a Heath & Lineback, and approve First and Second Amendments to the assigned contracts for engineering and design services.
7. To approve a change order to the Cobb County Ten-Year Maintenance and Services Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc. to add maintenance, repair, and monitoring services for five additional tower lighting systems.
8. To approve a license agreement between Cobb County and Pulte Home Company, Inc. to allow Cobb County right of entry on approximately 0.5 acres of property at 4394 West Atlanta Road SE for a Phase 1 Environmental Study.
9. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the contract with Benning Construction Company for Transportation Management Center Upgrade, State P.I. No. 0019687, Cobb County Project No. B2583, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002240.
10. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with John W. Spratlin and Son LLC for additional services associated with the replacement of Fire Station 12, located at 853 Chastain Corner, Marietta, a 2022 SPLOST Project, Program B104.
11. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the contract with D&H Construction Company, Inc., for drainage system repairs on Woodlawn Drive, Project No. B22114, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002309.
12. To approve Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Axis Infrastructure, LLC. for the Pedestrian Bridge at Leone Hall Price Park under the 2016 PARKS SPLOST Program.
13. To approve final funding for the work order under the FY24 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with W.E. Contracting Co. Inc., for 4932 Lakeland Drive, Program No. SW1721.
14. To approve a work order under the FY25 – FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with HD Excavations & Utilities LLC for 4142 Shoshone Valley Road, Program ST2409.
15. To approve a work order under the FY25 – FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with K.M. Davis Contracting Co., Inc. for 1942 Kenwood Road, Program ST2391.
16. To approve a work order under the FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with W.E Contracting Co., Inc. for 3325 and 3331 Millstream Lane, Program No. ST2413.
17. To rescind Project No. X2706-TO#1 to the 2025 Master Task Order Contract with American Engineers, Inc., for preliminary engineering design of Powder Springs Road Trail, GDOT State P.I. No. 0020108, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002484, and approve Project No. X2706-TO#2 to the 2025 Master Task Order Contract with STV Incorporated for said project, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002563.
18. To approve additional funding for the work order under the FY25-FY26 Unit Price Contract for Water, Sewer, and Miscellaneous Services with K.M. Davis Contracting Co., Inc. for valve replacement at the R.L. Sutton Water Reclamation Facility.
19. To approve Project No. B2599-TO#1 to the 2025 Master Task Order Contract with Gresham Smith for Vinings and Cumberland Area Traffic Study, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002559.
20. To approve a work order under the FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price contract with HD Excavations & Utilities, LLC for Temporary Creek Crossing at Butler Creek, Program No. ST2416.
21. ACCG to present a 2026 Legislative Service Award to Representative David Wilkerson.
22. To approve a Business Investment Grant award for THZ ATL, LLC from the Cobb County Entrepreneurship and Innovation Incentive Program.
23. To authorize the acceptance and appropriation of the FY27 Juvenile Justice Incentive grant award to support the Juvenile Court and to authorize the continuation of a full-time Program Coordinator.
