2. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to extend the current unit price contracts for FY25-FY26 Comprehensive Water and Sewer Unit Price Contract through FY27, Program No. C0174.
3. To authorize the acceptance of funding from the Emergency Management Performance Grant, known as the Performance Partnership Agreement Grant in Georgia, from the Georgia Emergency Management Agency.
4. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Hearing Plumbing to extend the current unit price contract for FY25–FY26 Miscellaneous Plumbing Services, Program No. C0175, through FY27.
5. To approve a Consultant Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., for preliminary engineering of South Cobb Transit Center, Project No. B2452, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002560.
6. <span style="margin-left:.25pt;">To authorize the acceptance of<em> </em>the first payment to Cobb County under the Service Delivery Strategy Agreement (“SDS Agreement”) between Cobb County (the “County”) and the City of Mableton (“Mableton” or “City”), for the period of June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
7. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with K. M. Davis Contracting Co., Inc. to extend the current unit price contract for FY23-FY24 New Water Meter Installations, Program No. MAPPR, through FY27.
8. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Bartow Precast, Inc. to extend the current unit price contract for FY25-FY26 Large Water Meter Vaults and Associated Delivery Services, Program No. MAPPR, through FY27.
9. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the unit price contract with Pure Technologies U.S., Inc. dba Wachs Water Services for FY23 UPC for Inspection and Exercising of Water Valves, Program No. FY23WValves-2, through FY27.
10. To approve an agreement for the transfer of ownership and donation of a surplus Cobb County Sheriff's vehicle to the Georgia Public Safety Training Center located at 1000 Indian Springs Dr, Forsyth, GA 31029.
11. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with RWRS-EAST, LLC to extend the current unit price contract for FY23-FY24 Large Water Meter Testing and Calibration Services, Program No. MZA2023, through FY27.
12. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Duke’s Root Control, Inc. to extend the current unit price contract for FY23-FY24 Sewer Root Control, Program No. C0169, through FY27.
13. To approve a contract with Advanced Sports Construction, LLC for drainage system repairs on Addie Lane at Seven Springs Circle, Project No. B22197, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002564.
14. To approve a contract with Dentons US LLP for federal legislative consulting services.
15. To approve a work order under FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with Chatfield Contracting Inc. for 1781 Apple Boulevard, Program No. ST2415.
16. To approve final funding for the work under the FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with W.E. Contracting Co., Inc for 4072 Brantley Drive, Program No. SW2355.
17. To approve final funding for the work under the FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with Wade Coots Company, Inc. for 340 Renae Lane, Program No. SW2357.
18. To approve Change Order No. 1 to the construction contract with C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc. for Water Main Relocation at Olley Creek Interceptor, Program No. W2386.
19. To authorize the acceptance of a Dislocated Worker Program grant award from the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) to CobbWorks, Inc.
