1. To approve a three-year License Agreement with Kennesaw State University, to include two one-year renewal options, for use of the CobbLinc Busbee Park and Ride Lot.
2. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Consultant Services Agreement with Pond and Company for preliminary engineering design of Oakdale Road Complete Streets Bridge Replacement, State P.I. No. 0020669, Cobb County Project No. B2449, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002394.
3. To authorize the application for reimbursement funding and approve the related agreement with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GEPD), for the Scrap Tire Abatement Reimbursement (STAR) initiative.
4. To approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to extend the current unit price contracts for FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract through FY27, Program No. SWM2025.
5. To approve a Lease Agreement with CobbWorks, Inc., for continued use of office space within the Transit Operations Division’s Administrative Office facility located at 463 Commerce Park Drive.
6. To approve Supplemental Agreement #1 to Georgia Department of Transportation Contract for Construction of Airport Project No. AP026-9000-43 (067) for Taxiway Alpha Pavement Rehabilitation at Cobb County International Airport – McCollum Field.
7. <span style="margin-left:0in;">To approve a Purchase Agreement with MaxAir Mechanical Inc., for the purchase and installation of two hydronic boiler units, for the Cobb County Administration Building, a 2022 SPLOST project, Program B09102.
8. To approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Development of Riverlands Gateway Park Between Cobb County and Trust for Public Land and authorize a $450,000.00 contribution for playground equipment.
9. To approve an annexation Intent to Object and the Basis of Objection per HB 489 Intergovernmental Agreement and HB 2 regarding a petition for the annexation of approximately 10.114 acres of land located at the Southwest corner of Ernest Barrett Parkway and Macedonia Road.
10. To approve a Purchase and Sale Agreement and the expenditure of any associated land acquisition costs for the purchase of a 15,000 +/- Square Foot Warehouse/Office Building on approximately 1.83 +/- acres of land, located at 550 Commerce Park Drive, Marietta, Georgia, 30060 from Jamerson, LLC., for a future police department multiuse facility.
11. To approve a contract with Glosson Enterprises, LLC for 2027 Resurfacing - Americans with Disabilities Act Ramp Upgrades (Contract 1), Project No. B2936, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002498.
12. To approve a contract with Glosson Enterprises, LLC for 2027 Resurfacing - Americans with Disabilities Act Ramp Upgrades (Contract 2), Project No. B2937, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002500.
13. To approve a contract with C.W. Matthews Contracting Company, Inc., for Taxiway Alpha Pavement Rehabilitation at Cobb County International Airport – McCollum Field, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002525.
14. To approve a contract with Glosson Enterprises, LLC for drainage system repairs on Old Powder Springs Road, Project No. B22205, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002583.
15. To approve a contract with Advanced Sports Construction, LLC for Concord Road Covered Bridge, Project No. B2118, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002529.
16. To approve a contract with Dogwood Public Affairs LLC for state legislative consulting services.
17. To approve a work order under the FY25-FY26 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with W.E. Contracting Co., Inc. for 1434 Woodwind Court, Program No. ST2412.
18. To approve a contract with Allstar Lighting & Electrical Services, Inc. to supply labor, equipment, and materials to install remote drivers for the LED sports field lighting fixtures on all four fields at Hubert Soccer Complex under the 2022 PARKS SPLOST program.
19. To approve the reappointment of Karen Hallacy to the Development Authority of Cobb County.
20. To approve the appointment of Tony Waybright to the Housing Authority of Cobb County.
21. To authorize payment to the Federal Transit Administration for reimbursement of the federal share of proceeds received from the sale of federally funded transit equipment.
22. To recommend the appointment of the Facilities Management Director.
23. To authorize all budget transactions necessary for the final close-out of the FY2026 budgets of the General Fund and other Operating Funds.
24. To approve the 2026 annual update to the Cobb County Department of Transportation Title VI Plan.
25. To announce the appointment of David Hoort to the Neighborhood Safety Commission.
26. To authorize modifications to the ARPA Public Safety and Community Violence Reduction grant award from the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget.
