3. To approve the First Renewal of the Ambulance Zone Provider Contract with Puckett Emergency Medical Services, LLC for providing indigent and county-required ambulance services in designated EMS zones.
4. To approve Renewal No. 1 and Amendment No.1 of the Contract for Microtransit Pilot Program Services with Via Mobility, LLC, to provide CobbLinc on-demand transportation service in South Cobb County, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002380. Withdrawn from the Agenda.

7. To approve a contract with John W. Spratlin & Son, LLC under sealed bid 26-6982, for the Design and Construction Agreement of Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services Station 20.
8. To approve the annexation notice of Non-Objection per HB 489 Intergovernmental Agreement and HB 2 regarding a petition for the annexation of a tract of land that totals 0.51 acres located on the South side of Lake Acworth Drive, West of Maryland Drive.
9. <span style="margin-left:0in;">To approve an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Smyrna and its service provider, Kendall Supply, Inc., to use a limited portion of Cobb County’s Camp Highlands 800MHz Tower Site to install electronic water meter monitoring equipment for the City’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) program.
10. To approve the First Amendment to the Georgia Transportation Efficiency Authority Agreement for Transit Trust Fund Program for the South Cobb Microtransit Pilot Project Contract. Withdrawn from the Agenda.

16. To approve a contract and funding for the continued privatization of the Commercial/Industrial property assessment process, including the addition of Cyclomedia Street Smart imagery and software as an additional service under the contract.
17. To approve a two-year Contract for Microtransit Pilot Program Services with Via Mobility, LLC to provide CobbLinc on-demand transportation service in the Acworth/Kennesaw area of Cobb County, Cobb DOT Contract No. 002592. Withdrawn from the Agenda.
18. To approve additional funding for the work order under the FY24 Stormwater Management Unit Price Contract with Ray Campbell Contracting Company, Inc. for 56 Old Fuller Mill Road, Program No. SW2095.
19. To approve Change Order No. 1 to the construction contract with Maxair Mechanical, LLC for South Cobb Water Reclamation Facility Influent Lift Station HVAC Replacement, Program No. T5004 (Bid No. T3026).
20. To authorize the purchase of Critical Care and EMS Equipment (LIFEPAK 35 monitors) from Stryker Sales, LLC.
21. To authorize the transfer of funding from Undesignated Contingency within the Fire Fund to purchase personal protective gear, uniforms, and education materials for Fire recruits.
22. To approve the updates to the WorkSource Cobb Local Plan and submission of the updated plan to the Technical College System of Georgia, Office of Workforce Development, in accordance with the requirements of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
23. To authorize the application of grant funds from the Georgia Recreation & Park Association for a Building Opportunities for Out-of-School Time (BOOST) Grant.
24. To present the recipient of the 2026 Martha Logue Excellence in Leadership Award on behalf of the Cobb EXCEL Alumni Association.
25. To present a proclamation in honor of National Voter Registration Day.
26. To adopt a resolution authorizing the submission of Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program grant applications to the Georgia Department of Transportation for Cobb Parkway at Black Acre Trail/Third Army Road Intersection Realignment, Project No. B2436, and Oakdale Road Complete Streets Bridge Replacement, Project No. B2449.
27. To request that an appeal hearing be conducted for Skylar Whitener who has appealed the denial of her application for a Cobb County Alcohol Permit to serve alcohol in unincorporated Cobb County.
28. <span style="margin-left:0in;">To authorize the relocation of the Cobb County Police Department explosive device storage facility to a County-owned site that conforms to current federal guidelines.
