  18. To approve a Purchase Instrument with Insight Public Sector, Inc. (Insight) for GovAI as the countywide generative AI platform, under provisions of an OMNIA Partners contract (OMNIA). This project is partially funded by 2022 SPLOST Projects Support Services Information Services program B0040 and Countywide Improvements program B0010.
  19. To approve the carry forward of previously approved and appropriated funding from prior year budgets into the FY2027 budget in order to avoid a delay in service.
  20. To approve the expansion of use-of-funds for the reserved technology funds within the Office of the State Court Clerk, to include one-time operating and capital purchases.
