Resolution 2024-129: A resolution authorizing Clayton County to abandon approximately 0.231 acres of right-of-way of Creekside Trace at the intersection of easterly right-of-way of Fieldstone Court; to authorize the Chairman or his designee to execute any documents relating thereto and to otherwise perform all acts necessary to accomplish the intent of this resolution; to authorize the Chief Financial Officer to amend the budget to reflect an appropriate revenue source and expense as may be required; to provide an effective date of this resolution; and for other purposes.
