A discussion of an ordinance by the City of Clarkston to amend Chapter 11 of the City code to add new Article XI to regulate mobile food vendors; to provide for licensing ; to provide for minimum insurance coverage: to provide for location restrictions; to establish minimum health and safety standards' and for other purposes.
