2. <strong>CAD System<br></strong>Consideration of Proposal of Mission Critical Partners as a Consultant for the assessment of the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and mobile data system in an amount not to exceed $44,000 to be funded from the 911 fund balance, and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract and take all other actions in connection with the project. -Gary Thomas, Vice President of Campus & Support services for Tanner Health & Chairman of 911 User Board Subcommittee
3. <strong id="isPasted">Georgia Indigent Defense Services Agreement</strong><br>Consideration of an Agreement between the Public Defender Office and the County for the new West Georgia Judicial Circuit, and to authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement and take all necessary actions in connection therewith and the transition of services and accounts.-Jason Jones, Senior Assistant Public Defender-Stacey Blackmon, County Attorney
4. <strong>USDA Lease Extension</strong><br>Consideration of request by USDA to extend the term of the existing lease at 997 Newnan Road, Suite 301, Carrollton GA for an additional five years effective January 2025, with the government having the right to termination on 120 days notice, at the rental rate of $1,450 per month, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Lease Amendment and take all actions in connection therewith. ​-Stacey Blackmon, County Attorney
