2. <strong>Hazard Mitigation Grant<br></strong>Consideration of acceptance of Hazard Mitigation Grant with Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) for nine fixed generators to be located at Carroll County Fire Station #1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14 and 15 in the amount of $517,852.28, with local match of $172,617.43 to be funded from '21 SPLOST funds, and authorize the Chairman to take all necessary action in connection therewith including execution of the Recipient – Subrecipient Grant Agreement and the agreement with the electrical subcontractor. -Dave Wade, Interim Fire Chief
