  4. <strong>RFP for New Wheel Loader needed for Solid Waste Transfer Station</strong><div style="margin-left: 60px;" id="isPasted">Selection of proposal submitted by National Equipment Dealers for $275,000.00 with an additional 3,000 hour warranty for $9,936.21 for a total of $284,936.21, in response to RFP SW25-A004 for Equipment (Loader) needed for Solid Waste Transfer Station to be paid from 2021 SPLOST, and authorize the Chairman to negotiate and execute the contract and to take all necessary actions in connection with the project.- Danny Yates, Public Works Director
  5. <strong>Geospatial Community Development Software</strong><div data-empty="true" style="margin-left: 60px;">Consideration of approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Schneider Geospatial, LLC, the development of software for Community Development in the amount of $24,000.00 one time set up cost, to be paid from the 2021 SPLOST; and an initial annual hosting fee of $39,000.00, to be paid from the General Fund, and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract and tall all action necessary in connection with the project.- Ben Skipper, Community Development Director
