- <strong>GDOT Right of Way Projects MOA - Lovvorn Mill Road at Big Indian Creek</strong><div style="margin-left: 80px;">Consideration for approval of the Memorandum of Agreement with Georgia DOT for the below listed Right of Way Project, with a contribution by the County of $75,000 to be paid from 21 SPLOST, and to authorize the Chairman to enter into the Agreement and all required certifications and to take all necessary actions in connection therewith. - <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; margin: 0px 0px 0px 36pt;" id="isPasted"><strong>Consideration of proposals for nine fixed generators for nine fire stations to be funded by the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency Grant (previously approved by the Board of Commissioner at the July 9, 2025 meeting) in the amount of $517,852.28, with local match of $172,617.43 paid from SPLOST 21 Fire Equipment funds for a total of $690,469.71, and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement and take all necessary action in connection therewith.-Fire Chief, Dave Wade
