11.V Recreation Lighting & Electrical RFPThad Furguson, Director of Recreation Department, reviewed the upcoming consideration of proposal for RFP (REC26-A001) from J& R Construction & Development, Inc. for outdoor lighting and electrical renovations for the Recreation Complex located at 1201 Newnan Road, Carrollton, Georgia to be funded by the Capital Projects Fund for $2,338,000 and the 2021 SPLOST for $1,130,000, and authorize the Chairman to negotiate and execute the contract and take all other actions in connection with the project.-Thad Furguson, Director of Recreation Department-Frank Campo, Jr. PE, LEED AP BD+C, RCDDVP, Electrical Engineering Southern A&E, LLCThere being no further business to come before the Board of Commissioners, the same was adjourned at 4:36 p.m.
11.IV. ACCG Summer Intern GrantConsideration for approval to accept a grant from the ACCG Civic Affairs Foundation in the amount of $3,259.50 for one (1) I.T. Technician internship position, and to authorize the Chairman to enter into the Grant Agreement and to take all other necessary actions in connection therewith.-Michelle Morgan, Chairman
