- Z-26-03-02: Rezoning request for 3.5 acres from Agriculture to Residential (2.5 acres) and Commercial (1 acre), for an existing automobile repair shop to comply with zoning codes at 905 Horsley Mill Rd. Parcel #133-0146, Land Lot 168 of the 5th District. Applicant/Owner: Shane Caldwell. Commission District 5.-Ben Skipper, Community Development DirectorBen Skipper explained to the BOC that the applicant obtained a new survey showing the tract requested to be rezoned for the Automotive Repair Shop is 1.0022 acres and the tract requested to be rezoned to Residential is 1.7418 acres. </span><br><br><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 16px;">On a motion by District 5 Commissioner Ben Hicks and seconded by District 2 Commissioner Clint Chance, the Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to <strong>APPROVE</strong> 1.0022 acre tract rezoned to Commercial with the <strong>STIPULATION</strong> that it may only be used as an Automobile Repair Shop, and if there is any change of use, it must come back to the Board of Commissioners for Approval, and 1.7418 acres shall be rezoned to Residential.
