A RESOLUTION BY COUNCILMEMBER MARCI COLLIER OVERSTREET AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ATLANTA TO ACCEPT A DONATION OF SERVICES IN THE FORM OF EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF UP TO FIVE (5) EXECUTIVE FELLOWS, WHO SHALL WORK COOPERATIVELY WITH THE CITY AND ITS VARIOUS OFFICES AND DEPARTMENTS DURING TWELVE-MONTH FELLOWSHIPS, FROM FUSE CORPS, A CALIFORNIA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, VALUED IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS, ($900,000.00); TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO ENTER INTO ANY NECESSARY AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
