IDE AMENDING THE FISCAL 2021 GENERAL FUND BUDGET BY ANTICIPATING AND APPROPRIATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-EIGHT CENTS ($497,003.38) FROM THE COUNCIL PRESIDENT AND COUNCILMEMBER CARRY FORWARD ACCOUNTS WITH A NET AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS AND FORTY-THREE CENTS ($278,745.43), TO BE RETURNED TO THE COUNCIL PRESIDENT AND COUNCILMEMBER CARRY FORWARD ACCOUNTS FOR THE TRUE-UP OF THE FY 2021 CARRY FORWARD BALANCES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
