AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER DUSTIN HILLIS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HER DESIGNEE, TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON MARIETTA BOULEVARD, NW FROM CHATTAHOOCHEE AVENUE, NW TO PLYMOUTH ROAD, NW; TO WAIVE SECTION 150-92 OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA CODE OF ORDINANCES; TO AUTHORIZE THE ATLANTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO INSTALL SIGNAGE AT THE APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS ALONG THE PROHIBITED AREA; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
