The property is located at 12265 Charlotte Drive and is legally described as being located in Land Lots 1245 & 1246, 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia.
3. <strong>Request For Proposals 25-111: MS4 Inspections and Services</strong><br><em>Consideration to award Request for Approval (RFP) 25-111 to Integrated Science and Engineering for the MS4 Stormwater Inventory Inspections and Services for an amount totaling $117,850.00 for the 2025 -2026 MS4 reporting year and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
