  1. <strong>Invitation to Bid 26-001: Fiscal Year 2026 Milling and Resurfacing</strong><br><em id="isPasted">Consideration of approval to award Invitation to Bid 26-001 to Triple R Paving for an amount totaling $4,016,796.73 for the Fiscal Year 2026 Milling and Resurfacing Project with approval of the associated contract and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  2. <strong>Invitation to Bid 26-002: Sidewalk Construction on Multiple Road Sections</strong><br><em id="isPasted"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Consideration of approval of the award of a contract for ITB 26-002 to Sol Construction, LLC for the construction of sidewalk and the Alpha Loop along multiple road sections for an amount not to exceed $1,958,522.30; </span><span style="font-size: 14px;" id="isPasted">approval of the GA Power poles relocation on Cumming Street estimated at $150,000; </span></em><em><span style="font-size: 14px;">and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  3. <strong>Purchase and Services Agreement: Tesla, Inc.</strong><br><em>Consideration to approve the purchase of Supercharger equipment from Tesla, Inc., <em id="isPasted">to also approve the purchase of installation services from Infinite Tech Services, to approve</em></em><em> the Supercharger Sale & Purchase Agreement between the City and Tesla, Inc. and the Supercharger Long Term Services Agreement between the City and Tesla Energy Operations, Inc., and to provide authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
  4. <strong>Purchase Approval: Vehicular Barricade for Fiscal Year 2026 City Festivals</strong><br><em>Consideration of purchase approval for Meridian Rapid Defense Group, LLC to rent, install, and remove vehicular barricades for the City to use during the Fiscal Year 2026 Taste of Alpharetta, Wire & Wood, and Brew Moon events and with authorization for the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
